Reliable Transport provides medical courier services including lab specimen transport, pharmaceutical delivery, medical document delivery, medical equipment transport, scheduled route service, and STAT/on-demand delivery throughout Brevard County, FL and surrounding areas.

3. Service Terms

All courier services are subject to availability and scheduling. We make every effort to meet quoted delivery times but cannot guarantee specific delivery windows due to factors beyond our control including traffic, weather, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for properly packaging materials for transport, providing accurate pickup and delivery information, ensuring authorized personnel are available for handoffs, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the materials being transported.

5. Liability

Reliable Transport maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. Our liability for loss or damage to transported items is limited to the declared value of the items or the applicable insurance coverage limit, whichever is less.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Standard terms are net-30 for approved accounts. Late payments may be subject to service suspension and applicable interest charges.

7. Modifications

Reliable Transport reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
